The Fizz Studio Apartment Frankfurt - Fully furnished apartment

This single studio apartment offers a kitchen equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, stovetop, and ample cabinet storage. An ensuite bathroom is available in the studio containing a spacious shower. The apartment comes equipped with a study desk, a console table should you wish to bring a television, a dining table, and a bed (bed size: 120 x 200 cm). There is also a wardrobe at the front of the apartment with plenty of storage as well as storage underneath the bed. The building also provides a wide range of services and features (more details attached to the ad).

Please note electricity, water, and wifi is included in the price. You will be taking over the rental contract from me which a new tenant contract would have to go until 30.09.2024 since the shortest contracts they over have a duration of 10 months and the contract of a new tenant has to go until 30.09 of a year but you can terminate the contract with a new tenant with a four weeks' notice to the end of the month by naming a suitable new tenant. The new tenant must also meet the following requirements:

• Enrolled student; apprentice; trainee (Depending on the location, young professionals are also accepted. Please contact our service team)
• Minimum rental period > 6 months to 30.09. of a year and at least until the end of your own contract.

Your apartment offers you a bright living room with sleeping and working area (bed incl. mattress, desk with chair, wardrobe with mirror, light-proof curtains, intercom) and generally a lot of storage space. The modern galley kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a combination microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a sink, and a counter. The tiled shower room offers additional storage space in addition to the toilet, and washbasin with mirror.
