Die Wohnung kann entweder für einen Kurzzeitaufenthalt von (4 Monate oder weniger) bis zum 31.01.2022 oder unbefristet über den Januar 2022 hinaus übernommen werden.

Die angebotene Wohnung ist ca. 60qm große und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines klassichen Albaus inmitten des Gallusviertels. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Diele mit Schrankraum, ein helles Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad (Waschbecken und Dusche) und ein separates Gäste-WC. Der Bodenbelag der gesamten Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren neu verlegt. Die Böden in Bad, WC und Küche haben ein schwarz-weißes Retro-Fliesen-Design. Die Decken sind altbautypisch 3m hoch.

Für einen Langzeitaufenthalt (nach dem 31.01.2022) kann die voll ausgestattete Küche (wie im Bild zu sehen) auf verhandlungsbasis übernommen werden. Die Küche beinhaltet einen Siemens Herd und Backofen, Franke Spüle, Samsung Waschmaschine, Smeg Kühlschrank und ein nützliches Küchensystem.

Bei kurzfristigem Aufenthalt (4 Monate bis zum 31.01.2022) ist die Küche kostenlos beinhaltet.

Einige der restlichen Möbel im Wohn- oder Schlafzimmer können kostenlos übernommen werden.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Keller mit einer neu installierten Tür und Schloss.

The apartment can be taken over either for a short-term stay of (4 months or less) until January 31, 2022 or indefinitely beyond January 2022.

The approximately 60sqm apartment offered here is located on the 2nd floor of a classic building in the middle of the Gallusviertel. Even though the flat is centrally located, the area is fairly quiet. In the apartment you can find a hallway with a closet, a bright living room, a bedroom with an attached bathroom (sink and shower), and a separate WC with sink. The flooring of the entire apartment was newly installed 4 years ago. The bathroom, WC, and kitchen floors feature a retro black and white tile design. The ceilings are 3 meters high.

For long term stay (after Jan 31) - The full kitchen (as seen in picture) can be purchased upon negotiation which includes Siemens stove and oven, Franke sink, Samsung washing machine, Smeg refrigerator and a useful kitchen system. The other option is for landlord to purchase and rent for a fee.

For short term stay (Oct 1 2021 thru Jan 31 2022), the kitchen is included for free.

Most of the other furniture in the living room or bedroom is available for free.

The apartment includes a private cellar with a newly installed door and lock.
