I am the current tenant of the two bedroom apartment advertised here within.
As a result of my work I have to relocate to koln and I am looking for someone to take over my contract or sign a new contract starting from 1st of July.
The Apartment was last renovated, Jan 2015. As you can see in the pictures the rooms are bright an sunny. The flooring and kitchen is new as well.
I have a few furnitures that I intend to give away. The apartment is 4mins walk from the train station (SBahn) and 10 min walk from the tram Station. Access to the city takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on the mode of Transport. it is also very close to the auto bahn for people who commute.
The apartment will suite a couple or professional.
I I will be accepting viewings this week Friday to Sunday.
Please ensure you have a copy of your Schufa (jetzt beantragen) and Last 3 months Payslip. The Landlord has the final say of who will move into the apartment and would most like want to meet in person.
