The apartment is mostly furnished. Only the washing machine and electric vacuum cleaner are missing; I'm positive we could find a solution for that as well.
Apartment is roughly 55 square-meters; If the exact number is crucial; i will search for it and answer you; as I'm on the move currently, while making this ad. :-)
Free parking is available right in front of the building. The location is great. Only Saturdays the parking gets competitive, because the open swimming pool in front of the building is very popular :-)

Prime location. The apartment is right in front of the Brentanobad, a great public pool. This is amazing in the summer.
Free Parking is available right outside.
Train station Fischstein is a three minute walk away. Bus stations are also available. The city center is roughly 20 minutes away.
The ideal move-in date would be the beginning of June. Duration of the stay is meant to be short term, 3-6 months. If everything works well I don't see a reason not to extend.
Registration with the city should be possible.
I'm subletting the apartment temporarily. I'm not making any profit off of this. You can use the available furniture for free; or if you want something removed, It will be done. If i happen to need a table or a piece, I'll help you look for another one online, and deliver it. Flexibility and humane compassion are key :-)
