A nice 1.5-room apartment with a big balcony located in a quite area of Hausen, Frankfurt am Main. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private garden. It has one living room with attached kitchen, one bed room and one nice bathroom. Gas cost is included in the rent, but electricity cost is excluded depending on your consumption.
The apartment is best for single. The rooms are well equipped and furnished. As I have to go back to my home country, you are required to take existing equipment and furnishings with a fee of total EUR 2400. You are ready to move in with the existing equipment. You will get everything you see in the pictures as listed below.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-floor house in Hausen, which is a nice and quiet area to stay in Frankfurt am Main. The house is located in An den Geiselwiesen with a 3-minute walk to Gieselwiesen bus stop and 7-minute walk to Hausen U-bahn station.
- At Gieselwiesen bus stop, you can take bus line 72 and 73 to S-bahn station (10 minutes to Westbahnhof station).
- At Hausen U-bahn station, you can take U6 directly to the city center (10 minutes to Hauptwache station).
The closest supermarkets (ALDI, REWE and OLI Supermarkt) are located at Große Nelkenstraße station which take 2 minutes with bus no. 72/73 from Gieselwiesen bus stop or 1 minute with U6 from Hausen station.
The apartment is right behind the biggest park of Frankfurt am Main (Nidda park). You can walk from the apartment to Nidda park for 3 minutes.
You will love to live in this quite area and convenient transportation like myself.
Due to a business reason, I have to move back to work in my home country. This apartment is very nice to live, surrounded by a very good atmosphere.
