The 4-room apartment is located in a renovated old building (high ceilings, high-ceiling windows, massive real wood doors) and is on the mezzanine floor .
There is a large hallway, a daylight bathroom with a bathtub, a large bathroom mirror and an elegant washbasin cabinet and washing machine, as well as a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave, kettle and various other kitchen utensils in which you can also sit .em
Your room would have about 16 square meters and a nice, spacious layout.
The room would be currently furnished, with a bed, a cupboard, a desk including a chair and a cupboard at the end of the bed. I would of course provide the furniture free of charge. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own furniture, everything is very flexible. :)
The room is carpeted, the walls are properly papered in a bright, friendly color (yellow / orange). In addition to the blinds outside, there are also curtains inside in front of the window.
The rent includes all additional costs, i.e. electricity, gas, water, internet and radio fees, so that no additional costs should arise.
In addition, there is a cellar, covered bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard and parking spaces in the inner courtyard can be rented (around € 50 / month), but there are also plenty of parking spaces on the street. :-)

The minimum rental period is 6 months.

The apartment is located in Frankfurt Höchst, directly on the main street (still no noise pollution) and has a really good infrastructure: several supermarkets, several pharmacies, doctors, banks ... everything is available in the immediate vicinity. :-)
Right in front of the door is a bus stop and max. 5 minutes' walk away is the Höchst train station, from which you can get to Frankfurt Central Station in 10 minutes.

In Höchst there is its own shopping mile, where you can find everything else you need.
You can get to the Main-Taunus-Zentrum very quickly, and it takes less than 5 minutes by car to get to the motorway (A66).
Frankfurt Airport can be easily reached by car (15 minutes) or with a direct bus connection (20 minutes).
The apartment is located directly between the Höchst Hospital and the police station in Höchst ... so you are well protected in an emergency. :-)

The location is Frankfurt Höchst, next to the mainstreet, anyhow not to loud,
You find everything you need in the direkt area of ​​the flat, like several supermarkets, banks, doctors and much more.
There is a bus station 2min from the flat and the Höchst Bahnhof is reachable in 5-10min by foot, from which you came directly to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof in 10min and the city in 15min, There is also a bus, which goes directly to the airport in about 20min.
The flat is directly between the hospital and the police station in Höchst, so also in the baddest case you are safe. :)

Flat share life
The flat share was founded the year before last, and all residents have moved to Frankfurt both for work and job reasons.
Since everyone works full-time, the flat share is more likely to be classified as quiet. During the week no one is at home during the day and of course everyone is a bit quieter after work, which does not mean that no one can ever find a nice chat in between. Everyone is very personable, sociable and open-minded.
