Schöne 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung (möbliert) mit Skylineblick zur Zwischenmiete

Für meine schöne Wohnung in Sachsenhausen suche ich eine freundliche Untermieterin oder freundlichen Untermieter für drei Monate, von Anfang Oktober bis Ende Dezember 2021.

Die helle Altbauwohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Tageslichtbad und Diele. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit einem tollen alten Dielenboden ausgelegt und hat hohe Decken mit Stuck. Das Wohnzimmer führt direkt ins Schlafzimmer, weshalb die Wohnung am besten für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar geeignet wäre. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen großartigen Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline.

Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet einschließlich einer Home-Office Ecke mit Schreibtisch, Couch, Sessel, Regale, Bett, Bettzeug, Kommode, volle Küchenausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher und Waschmaschine. Dazu gehört auch mein E-Piano, das gerne bespielt werden darf, sowie meine Pflanzen.

Die Miete beträgt 1000 € pro Monat, einschließlich aller Nebenkosten, Internet und Ökostrom und -gas von Greenpeace Energy. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete (1000€).

Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Da ich viele Sachen in der Wohnung lassen werde, suche ich ordentliche und vertrauenswürdige Untermieter, die bereit wären, die Pflanzen ab und zu zu gießen.

I am looking for a tidy, respectful and non-smoking person to sublet my beautiful Sachsenhausen flat for the period of October 2021 to December 2021.

The bright flat is located on the fourth floor of a residential turn-of-the-century building. It comes fully furnished and features a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and small hallway. The entire flat (except the bathroom) retains its original wooden flooring and stuccoed high-walled ceilings. The bedroom access is through the living room, which renders the flat perfect for a single person or a couple. You have a perfect view on the Frankfurt skyline from the living room.

Furnishings include all kitchen utensils including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, hob and microwave, bed and bedding, chests, shelves, tables, a couch and an armchair, as well as an e-piano that you are welcome to use.

Rent is € 1000 including all bills and internet. The deposit is € 1000. Gas and electricity is from 100% green renewable sources from Greenpeace Energy

I am looking for a friendly and reliable, non-smoking tenant. Condition for the sublet is that the tenant waters my plants once in a while. Otherwise: Enjoy! :)
