Hi! I am looking for a Nachmieter for my apartment. The apartment includes a cellar (approx. 8 m²), a storage room (approx. 3 m², in the apartment), a small (green) balcony/loggia (approx. 5 m²), a bedroom (approx. 10 m²), a large living room (approx. 25 m²), a relatively small kitchen (approx. 5 m²) with all appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, cupboards) that are needed and a window and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink and a washing machine.
A parking space can be rented out (price to be discussed with landlord).
The rent indicated is what I pay now, there is a chance of a slight increase. The minimum rental period is of 18 months. The possibility of renting the apartment furnished can be discussed.
Location
The apartment is located in a beautiful old farm (Hofgut Bieber) on Deuil-La-Barre-Straße in Nieder-Eschbach.
In the immediate vicinity, within about 5 minutes' walk, there are stops for lines U2, U8 and U9 as well as several bus lines to the surrounding districts (Bonames, Nieder-Erlenbach, Bad-Homburg, HG-Gonzenheim, Ober-Eschbach, etc.), several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants.
The additional costs include heating costs, all levies from the building community, the property management and the water supply (fresh water and waste water).
In addition, there is a current electricity advance payment of 59 euros per month.
