Flexible WEEKLY rentals in a 90sqm apartment with cats, near Seepark

In my bright apartment (~90 sqm) the guest room (with a small balcony) is available for weekly rentals for **1 single guest**. You will be living with just me, and my two indoor cats.
Unfortunately I cannot rent it long term because I need to keep the availability for possible family and friend visits. Otherwise, dates are flexible and can be adjusted to your wishes.

Weekly rate:
200€ / 1 week
380€ / 2 weeks
500€ / 3 weeks (ideal maximum stay)

For any extra days in between I’d like to ask for 35/night.

The whole apartment includes two bedrooms, one spacious living room, one bathroom (bathtub), one kitchen, and two balconies. The apartment is equipped with everything. You will be provided with all guest necessities, and you are welcome to use all kitchen equipments just with cleanness maintenance in mind.
In case I am away during your stay, you will have the apartment to yourself. If you are open to feeding the cats during those days that’d be a huge bonus, but not a must. ;)

Important: I am not doing the sublet as a business, just would like to cover the extra rent I’m paying for a relatively big flat. Nevertheless, personality alignment is absolutely important for me even when we just share the space for a short time - I don’t intend to create a Zweck/purpose-WG so clear and open communication is a must. I am looking for a clean, conscious, open-minded person to share my supportive, calm sanctuary with. It would be fantastic if you also enjoy sharing stories over tea, or laughing your heart out like a kid. 😊 You should also have some sort of experiences with cats so living with them won’t come as a surprise to you. Yogis, meditators, and cat-lovers are especially welcome.
