Clean, comfortable, and nice 1-person flat in Garching

I am looking for a replacement for my beautiful, spacious single-person room in SLC 2 (Garching) starting 1 July (with a possibility to move in early). The contract continues until 31 August 2020, and the landlord gives an option for renewal.

The rent is €820 including water, heating, 1000 Mbit/s internet, excluding electricity (about €30 extra). More info about the SLC housing can be found here: https://www.studentenwohnung-garching.de/slc/ (my room is Apartment Type 4). The landlord only accepts students or young professionals.

It has a private kitchen with a minibar sized fridge, electric stove, microwave and sink. Also there are an oven and a dishwasher in the common area of the building. There is a washer/drier room downstairs, right below the apartment.
