I have a furnished two-room apartment available to rent ONLY for STUDENTS and No Anmeldung.
However, you can also stay there with your small family if you are a Student.

Everything is there like kitchenware and also some bed clothing.

The rooms have everything as a you need such as , Bed, bedframe, mattrasses, tables, chairs, drawers, shelfs cupboards even a small coffee machine. Each of the room is around 15.5 m2, and plus the kitchen spaces, hall and a bathroom.

It is bigger than 2 single room apartment compared to other single rooms, as there is a hall in addition. And the rooms direction is very nice where you have the sun in the morning and in the evening so you won’t be hot during the noon time in summer. The rooms are bright and with light the whole day.

The rooms have free WIFI connection and also heating, electricity included.

It has a small kitchen with a refrigerator and small kitchen table.
You have a private bathroom.
Washing machines and dryers are available which can be used by card or cash.


The place is at Unterhof where the students stay. Close to bus stop 1 minute away across the street, close to JLU Naturwissenschaften und Naturwissenschaften. Direct bus to Philosophikum I & II and to Bahnhof.

There is a common garden, basketball area, table tennis room, bicycle place and also parking for car.
