I am looking for a next tenant because of my upcoming move!
The flat is located at the ground floor at Keplerstr. 13 in Goettingen, Germany. The flat consists of 5 spaces: living room, bed room, store room, kitchen, bathroom, additionally there is a bigger store room at the basement.
Currently (as of October 2023) all of the rooms are under construction for renovation and it will be completed within October - which means when the next tenant moves in the person can start to live with the quite new state of the flat!
I am not the owner of this flat. Once the potential tenant is decided, I will introduce you to the owner to sign the contract.
However, there is another contract with myself before the contract with the owner to take over the furniture, which is very preferable (you do not need to take over them but people who can take over them will be prioritised during the selection process).
I am planning to take place a viewing week between the 6th and the 10th November. During this week, you can visit and see the flat.
I will send the viewing time slots once you contact me.
I will then mention which furniture I can leave in the flat. The furniture include:
bed frame, mattress, closet (for two people), sofa, table, chairs, shelf, standing mirror, carpets, fan, heater, plates, cups, fridge, microwave, kitchen shelf, laundry machine, bathroom shelf, hair dryer, etc.
Since I do not speak German language, I will communicate in English.
I am looking for a person who:
- has a stable income to be able to afford
- can agree on the contract at least 3 years (you can leave in the middle if you find a next tenant)
- can possibly take over the furniture with 2500 EUR
- can communicate about the flat easily even after I leave
- can move asap from December
The photos shown are of before construction. Floors, wall papers in some rooms, and kitchen are completely renovated.
