Diese Maisonette-Wohnung ist eine komfortabele Bleibe für eine Person, in einer praktischen Lage in der Innenstadt.

Die Küche verfügt über einen voll ausgestatteten Backofen und ein Kochfeld mit vier Platten, und der Kühlschrank+Waschmaschine gehören zur Wohnung. Im Esszimmer gibt es extra Platz fürs Kochen sowie für Freunde :)

Oben ist das Hauptteil der Wohnung: ein geräumiger Wohnbereich, der in kleinere Ecken für ein Bett, einen Arbeits-/Heimbürobereich und einen improvisierten begehbaren Kleiderschrank unterteilt ist.

Die Wohnung ist zwar im Zentrum der Stadt, aber drinnen ist es sehr ruhig: man kann fast nichts von der Straße hören weil die Fenster auf einen Innenhof und nicht auf die Straße blicken. Damit bekommt man "the best of both worlds", super Lage und ohne Laut.

Draußen gibt es auch Fahrradständer für Bewohner des Gebäudes.

This Maisonette-apartment is a comfortable home for one person, in a convenient inner city location.

The kitchen has a fully equipped oven and a four-plate hob, and the refrigerator and washing machine are part of the apartment. In the dining room there is extra space for cooking and for friends :)

Upstairs is the main part of the apartment: a spacious living area that breaks off into smaller nooks for a bed, a work/home office area, and an improvised walk-in closet.

The apartment is in the center of the city, but it is very quiet inside: you can hardly hear anything from the street because the windows face a courtyard and not the street. This gives you “the best of both worlds”, great location and no noise.

Outside there is also a bikerack for residents of the building.
