Vollmöbliertes Appartment in bester Lage

Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig, sowohl was etwaige Nachbarn betrifft als auch die unmittelbare Umgebung. Man schaut vom Fenster aus auf eine grüne Wiese;-) Besonders für Studenten der Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften ist es geeignet, das Uniklinikum ist
nur etwa 400 m entfernt, der Nordcampus in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Für alle anderen Studenten ist der Zentralcampus bei zügigem Radeln aber auch in deutlich weniger als 10 min erreichbar! Ansonsten lässt das studentische Weende nicht zu wünschen übrig!

The room is located in the "student-quarter" Weende. Especially the Campus for Medicine and Nature Science is quite close (few minutes by bike), but it is also possible to reach the Central Campus in less than ten minutes by bike. I describe the room as silent - looking out of the window you see a green spot and the walls are pretty thick.

Du wohnst in der Studentensiedlung, sodass dir allerlei Möglichkeiten offen stehen, vom Musikraum mit Klavier und e-Gitarre, über Billard-Raum, Dachterrasse oder Tischtennis/Kicker. Die Mitbewohner sind allesamt umgänglich, es hängt ganz von dir ab ob du dich eher in das Zimmer zurückziehen möchtest oder ob ihr gemeinsam was unternehmt.

Wer Interesse hat, sollte sich in einer Mail in 2-3 Sätzen schon einmal vorstellen. Das Zimmer kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden (z.B. nur für den Sommer).

The room is part of the student dorm "Studentensiedlung" so that you have a range of leisure time opportunities: Playing the piano in the music room or billard in the billard room, sitting on the roof terrace, playing ping pong/ table soccer ...

If you are interested, you are welcome to write me a mail, maybe describing yourself in a few words. It is possible to rent the room for a shorter time (e.g. only the summer). If you would like to see pictures or visit the room, just ask me.
