Schöne und ruhige Maisonette-Wohnung

Ich als Mieter, suche eine/n Nachmieter/In für eine Unmöblierte Maisonette-Wohnung. Praktisch 2 Zimmer, die aber mit einer Treppe angeschloßen sind, daher nicht als WG geeignet. Super schöner Balkon, den ich sehr vermissen werde. Kochnische Küche. Die Wohnung richtet sich nach Norden, aber im Sommer kriegt man Sonne teilweise auf dem Balkon. Immerhin ist die Wohnung durch die Fenster und Balkontür ganz Hell, und bleibt relativ kühl im heißen Sommer.

Ich habe hier für 6 Jahre gewohnt, fast nie ein Problem gehabt. Die Nachbarinnen sind nett, und die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Ich ziehe aus beruflichen Gründen um.

Das Apartment ist schon ab dem 20.09.2019 frei. Ich würde mich freuen wenn ich jemanden finden kann, der/die direkt ab dem 20.09.2019 die Wohnung übernehmen kann. Aber spätestens bis zum 01.10.2019.

Die Hausverwaltung wird in den ersten 3 Jahren wird die Miete um 10€/Jahr erhöhen, somit in 3 Jahren steigt die Miete auf 370+100€/Mon. Dann bleibt die Miete stabil.

In den Nebenkosten ist der Strom nicht enthalten, ich zahle normalerweise 20-25€/Monat dafür extra.

Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden (2€), und können mit einem App ganz leicht reserviert/kontrolliert werden.

Fahrradparkplatz Vorhanden. Parkplatz für Auto auch vorhanden, und das muß mit der Hausverwaltung besprochen werden.

Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

As the current tenant, I am looking for a new tenant for an unfurnished Maisonette Apartment. Practically 2 rooms, which however are connected through stairs, and the apartment is by consequence not suitable for WG (flat-sharing). Small kitchen. Ver nice balcony, that I am going to miss a lot. The apartment is oriented in the northern direction, but still in summer you can get some sun on the balcony. Still, the apartment is usually immersed with nice day light coming from the windows and the big balcony door, and it stays pretty cool in hot summer.

I lived in this place for 6 years, and almost never had a problem. The neighbors are nice, and the apartment is in a very quiet location. I am moving out because I found a position in another city.

The apartment is already available starting from the 20.09.2019. I would be happy to find someone to take over immediately then, or latest until the 01.10.2019.

The rent will be increased (according to the Hausverwaltung) in the first 3 years by 10€/year, so that in 3 years the rent will be around 370+100/month. The rent should then stay stable.

In the Nebenkosten Electricity is not included, and I paid usually for it 20-25€/month extra.

Washing machines and driers are available in the basement (2€ per wash), and can be reserved via an app.

Parking place for bikes available. For cars also, but that needs to be discussed with the Hausverwaltung.

The Hausverwaltung is very friendly and supportive.
