Doctoral Candidate in IWH Searching for a quiet and clean flat

Hallo,

Ich bin 30-jähriger Doktorandin in Halle am Leibniz Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung. Ich komme am 2 Sept nach Halle. Ich komme aus India. Ich suche eine 2-zimmer ruhige wohnung mit EBK. Am besten wäre es, wenn der Mietvertrag ab dem 10.09.2022 beginnt.

Ich könnte auch mit einer anderen Person in einer WG leben, aber es ist wichtig, dass sie auch reif und ruhig ist. Allerdings, wohne ich lieber alleine.

Ich habe keine Familie oder Haustiere.

Ich bin neue in Deutschland und lerne erst seit kurzem Deutsch, also haben Sie Geduld mit mir.

Hi,

I am a 30 year old Doctoral Candidate in IWH Halle, and I am arriving in the city on 2 September 2022. I am looking for a 2 to 3 room flat, that is calm and quiet, in either Halle or Leipzig, and comes with a fitted kitchen. The rental contract would ideally start from 10 September, but I am flexible on the date.

I could also share a flat with one other person, but she would have to also be close to my age and not very loud as I intend to work and sleep in peace. But I would prefer to live alone.

I do not have any family or any pets. But I am quite adjustable with most animals.

I enjoy running, swimming and cycling, and mainly outdoor activities. I also play a lot of open world RPGs and am currently still struggling on Elden Ring. I enjoy reading fantasy and science fiction novels, and Neil Gaiman is one of my favourite authors. I tend to avoid movies, but I enjoy military period films.

I am new to Germany and have recently started learning the language.
