we are looking for someone to take over our sub-rent of a beautiful, large apartment from December or January until 31 July 2022. The move-in date is flexible, feel free to contact us with your desired move-in date.
We (current sub-tenants) are speaking English, Polish and a little German (we will be the ones showing the apartment), but the owners speak English, German, Dutch.
Warm rent 1250 Euro per month incl. all NK (Wlan, electricity, water, heating, etc.).
Deposit 3 months rent cold (c.a. 3000 Euro)
Apartment consists of separate living area, working space, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony (overlooking the green courtyard with lawn and old trees).
There is also a private basement that will be solely for your use.
The apartment is located on a lively street with a nice quiet and green courtyard at the back. The dining room, kitchen and a bathroom are to the front, all other rooms are to the rear. Wooden floorboards throughout the apartment, except kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is rented furnished, but owners are flexible and could put some things in the basement.
The apartment is equipped with:
- a big teak table and chairs (dining room)
- couch, large teak wardrobe, access to the balcony (living room)
- Bed 1.40 * 2.00m, large closet, view to the back of the garden (bedroom)

The owners are looking for a family of 2 max 3. Small pets are allowed after agreement.
Location
The apartment is located on the 1st floor in an apartment building with red brick facade. The staircase community is mixed, quiet and friendly. There is also a garden, which can be shared, so far only a few do so.
It is centrally located in the district of Barmbek Nord (Quartier 21). Shopping (Rewe, Denn's Biomarkt, weekly market, etc.) cafés, pharmacies, doctors, banks, bookstore, restaurants are within walking distance (less than 500m). The public communication is easily reached. S-Bahn station Alte Wöhr is 7 minutes walk and to the main station and city center it is 15 minutes, to the airport 10 minutes. The bus stop is 100m away.
The Stadtpark with planetarium, beer garden, swimming pool and many green areas can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes The commercial area City Nord is around the corner. Car parking spaces are available free of charge in all the surrounding streets.
