The flat consists of:
2 rooms
A big hallway
A decent sized kitchen and bathroom
The whole flat (except bathroom and small area of the kitchen) has a wooden floor, which add to the ‚old building’ feel (in a good way). The ceilings are high (about 2.5m).
The kitchen has a gas oven and a so-to-say ‚built-in‘ kitchen. There is a small pantry with shelves for storing all sorts of household items and foods.
The fridge and the washing machine are mine, but I would like to sell them to whoever moves in after me. The price for them would be 400 €.
The rooms are 18m2 and 20m2 and have big windows.
The bathroom is a decent size with two small windows, a shower in a bathtub and a toilet and sink.
The flat is at the very beginning of the Emil-Janßen-Straße.
There are two ice cream shops just outside the flat, many restaurants, bike shops, shops, pharmacies and everything vital really in close walking distance.
1-2 minutes walk away you have the supermarkets Edeka and Lidl and if you walk to Barmbek (or take the 4 min bus journey), you have Aldi and Rewe.
You can walk to nearby stations such as Alte Wöhr (about 10 min walk), Habichstraße (about 15 min walk), or Barmbek (15 min walk – or take the bus (4 min)).
Most importantly, this flat is 10 minutes walk away from the Stadtpark, a beautiful park with Hamburg’s Planetarium. The perfect park for a walk, exercise, relaxing, reading, meeting friends, enjoying and reconnecting to nature etc etc.
Like I said, I’d like to keep the washing machine and fridge in the flat and sell them to whoever moves in after me. Their price would be 400 €. If you see any other furniture or items you’d like to take over, please let me know and maybe you can buy them off me.
