Beautiful, central, 2 r/ Helle Whg m. Balk., Harvestehude, gr. WZ

Hello,
I'd like to rent my apartment because I'm moving to my boyfriend's. It's a wonderful place, so I'm looking for a trustworthy and friendly person that I can give it to.
And I'd like to rent it LONG TERM (!!). My apartment is nicely located in the center of Hamburg, with lots of light (two windows in the bedroom and the living room has a window that covers the whole length of the wall), a loooong balcony, a big living room (with a sofa, probably dining table, chairs) and a bedroom with a very comfortable big bed. It's also very calm. A bath tub (with a shower) and a well equipped kitchen is also part of it.
The apartment is perfectly located in Brahmsallee in Harvestehude (close to Eimsbüttel), a park is 5 mins walking distance and there's the famous Isemarkt (a big market twice a week) about 5 minutes away. It's close to the Alster and the university (both about 10 min walking distance).
The only cost that is not included is electricity (about 30-40 Euro a month).

Hallo,
ich habe eine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung (45 m2) zur langfristigen (!) Vermietung anzubieten, weil ich zu meinem Freund ziehe. Ich habe diese Wohnung sehr geliebt und würde sie gerne an eine vertrauensvolle, sympathische Person geben, die langfristig hier bleiben will. Die Wohnung hat einen langen Balkon (zur Südseite). Tagsüber kommt immer viel Sonne rein, weil alle Zimmer nach Süden ausgerichtet sind. An der Wohnung ist wirklich alles perfekt: es ist ruhig, zentral und sie ist schön gestaltet (meine Vormieterin hat im Flur einige helle Einbauschränke eingebaut, die den Platz perfekt nutzen).
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und sehr hell (es hat eine Fensterfront). Das Schlafzimmer hat auch zwei Fenster.
Ich lasse ein großes Bett mit Matratze da, ein Sofa, eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine, Gardinen und Rollos, Markisen, einen Schrank im Bad und eventuell einen Esstisch mit Stühlen.
Als einziger Kostenpunkt kommt noch Elektrizität hinzu (ca. 30-40 Euro/Monat).
Ich würde mich über eine Nachricht sehr freuen.
