The supermarket/shopping centre can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Various beautiful green areas can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (e.g. Mittellandkanal).

Helle, neu renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon in ruhiger Lage in Bothfeld.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im achten Stock einer gut gepflegten Wohnanlage. Flur, Küche und Schlafzimmer mit Laminat; Wohnzimmer mit Parkettboden. Neue Einbauküche inklusive Spüle, Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Sitzgelegenheit. Von dem großen Balkon aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick über Bothfeld.

Die Wohnanlage ist durchgehend barrierefrei mit zwei Aufzügen, automatischen Türöffnern und Rampen. Außerdem gibt es eine Türsprechanlage.

Als Mieter dürfen Sie das sich im separaten Keller befindliche Schwimmbad nutzen. Dazu gehört eine Sauna, die ebenfalls genutzt werden darf.

Desweiteren gehört kein Kellerraum zu der Wohnung. Jedoch gibt es einen allgemeinen Fahrradkeller und Kellerraum mit einer Münzwaschmaschine, sowie einem Münztrockner.

Im Wohnzimmer wurde der Parkettboden abgeschliffen und neu Lackiert. Alle Wände wurden neu gestrichen. Die Küche hat eine neue Einbauküche bekommen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.
