* security deposit for furniture and usage fee required (bed, wardrobe, TV, TV stand, sofa, couch table, bathroom shelf, vanity, fridge, washing machine, dining and kitchen table plus chairs, microwave converter, etc.)

*Usage of garden for grilling or gardening allowed 😊
We are looking for a couple or single individual interested in renting the space with the furniture for 10 months. We want to find someone trusting and caring for our space and furniture 😊
Since our furniture is in the place, we are sadly not looking for anyone with pets.
We estimated the utility costs for you based on our contracts. However, we are open to you making your own contracts for gas, electricity and internet if you prefer this.
The apartment is very central in Hannover-Südstadt.
The nearest U-Bahn Station is Altenbekener Damm (4 Minute walk)
The beautiful Maschsee, a great place to unwind and relax, go for a walk, run or cycle is a 10 Minute walk away.
The nearest grocery stores are Aldi (2 minutes) and Edeka (5 minutes).
You will also find a fitness gym, gas station, kiosk, post office, and doctor offices all within walking distance from the apartment.
There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance.
The Hannover main train station is a 10 minute ride with the subway from Altenbekener Damm, making it very easy to travel.
