I am looking to sub-lease my apartment to someone who would be interested in a nice, simple, furnished Apartment, which is ideally suited for a single person looking for something simple (and likely short term: few months to maybe 2-3 years). It can also serve as a good, temporary place for those looking to settle in Heidelberg.

The flat is owned by Campus Gardens (iLive, http://www.campus-gardens.de/mikroapartment-in-3d/apartment-typ-suite/ , webpage has exact details of the flat, Type Suit). I have already moved out, and have approval to search for a tenant. The flat can be taken from 1st of June onwards. It is fully furnished, has two rooms. First room is a joined living/kitchen with the bedroom. Bedroom and living room/kitchen are separated by a sliding door. Bedroom has one double bed, wardrobe and shelf, with ports for cable TV. Living room comes with a sofa, work desk with drawers and work chair, two shelves, a small dining table and chairs. Adjacent is the kitchen area (closest the front door), which is fully equipped with dishwasher, sink, refigerator and small freezer unit, and many cupboards. Directly adjacent to the front door is the bathroom, fully equipped with shower, wash basin, toilet and shelves for utilities.

The flat is part of the Europa building of Campus Gardens and looks out to the beach volleyball court located in the inner ring of the complex. As such, a terrace area where one can sit outside is there; however it is part of a shared area. The apartment complex also comes with an underground garage, with space for car and bike parking, washroom for laundry, waste bins/disposal, and many other features e.g. gym (located in the adjacent building Australien) and social rooms with games.

The utility expense covers water, heating, electricity even Wi-Fi. TV tax is unfortunately not covered. Please contact me if you are interested and we can arrange a viewing and I can contact the landowners of finding a suitable tenant. I expect that they will offer a full contract/lease after my own is terminated (end of September), but that would have to be confirmed with them.
