My husband and I are looking for a permanent flat from 01.11.2022 due to our relocation to Ingolstadt/Germany for my permanent employment as a Senior Specialist Operatives Controller. We arrived to our temporary residence on 22.08.2022 near Münchener Str.

We are looking for a permanent flat with my husband with 3 rooms which is not too far from my workplace Media-Saturn-Str 1, Ingolstadt. The best choice for us would be the fitted kitchen with appliances included in the rent. Südwest (especially Haunwöhr), Münchener Straße (the area we currently stay in a temporary housing) and Südost are the places that we most like.

We as a couple and tenants are quiet, adaptive and respective people. We do not have pets and we are non smokers. We love travelling, exploring, sports, cooking, music, dancing and plants.

My husband has almost 10 years of experience in the automotive industry as a mechanical engineer and he also started to communicate with the employers in Ingolstadt. Nevertheless my net income as a family income will be sufficient to finance the rent and the utilities which is also stated in the details of my profile and application. My employer is also supporting my movement costs inclusive of temporary housing. In addition, we have savings to finance ourselves.
