Bei Interesse steht Ihnen der Eigentümer gerne für Fragen zur Verfügung. Eine Besichtigung ist nach vorheriger Absprache im November möglich. Die Wohnung wird ohne Küche und ohne Möbel vermietet. Bei Bedarf können wir aber etwas bereitstellen - sprechen Sie uns an, was benötigt wird.

Die attraktive 3-Zimmer Maisonette Wohnung bietet mit ca. 91m² großzügig Platz und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Insofern ist sie ideal für Studenten geeignet, die sich aufs Studium fokussieren wollen und auch gerne etwas mehr Platz und Bequemlichkeit haben - dafür sorgen u.a. zwei Badezimmer auf den beiden Stockwerken. Im 2. Obergeschoss befindet sich der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich, das Schlafzimmer, die Küche sowie das Bad mit WC und Dusche und einem extra Waschmaschinen- und Abstellraum. Im oberen Teil der Maisonettwohnung befinden sich noch 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Kellerabteil sowie ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Lage: 07639 Bad Klosterlausnitz -> Regionalbahn fährt von Hermsdorf-Klosterlausnitz nach Jena in 20 Min.

We are a German-American family who rent out this apartment. We are happy to rent it to 2-3 students and to discuss any needs regarding kitchen or furniture (otherwise it will be rented without furnishings or kitchen). The town is very quiet and ideal for students who want to focus on studying and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in this spa town and the surrounding nature. With several hospitals in the area, interestingly, the town has established itself also as a health and rehabilitation hub. The apartment stretches over 2 floors and has 3 rooms plus 2 bathrooms. To clarify: in Germany 3 rooms means 1 living room and 2 bedrooms. The living room is spacious, and can be partitioned off for a third bedroom, if needed.
Additionally, there is one spot in the parking garage and lots of storage in the cellar; the washing machine room could also be made into a storage room. There is an internet connection, of course, but the contract with the provider has to be done by the tenant.
