This is a 2 room apartment in Jena Ost (Steingraben, 07749).
The kitchen and bathroom are furnished but the other two rooms are not.
I do want to sell most of my furniture so I will preferably choose someone who wants to take it on.

This residential area is really quite, most of the houses in the area being family houses.
Behind the building there is a track that leads to the mountain so you can be surrounded by forest in about 15 min. The swimming pool Ost Bad is located at about 10 min walk.
The apartment is located at about 15 min walk to the city center and a 5 min walk to the bus and tram stop.
There is a decent sized EDEKA 6 min from the apartment.
