Master student looking for an apartment in Karlsruhe

Hi! I’m Can, 21 years old, and I’ll be moving to Karlsruhe around the end of September to start my Master’s degree in Computer Science at KIT.

I’m looking for a long-term **furnished** apartment for myself, ideally around 30–55 m2 with 1 to 2.5 rooms. My preferred budget is up to around €700 warm per month, although I’m open to considering slightly different options if the apartment is a good fit.

I’m mainly looking in central Karlsruhe and areas with a good connection to KIT, such as Innenstadt, Oststadt, Südstadt, Südweststadt and Weststadt, but I’m also open to nearby districts.

I’m currently living in Turkey, so an online viewing would be very helpful if an in-person viewing is not possible before I arrive.

Since I’m moving to Germany for the first time, I don’t have a German SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) report yet. However, I can provide my KIT admission letter and proof of financial means if required.

I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can stay long term and would be happy to hear from anyone with a suitable furnished apartment.
