Während meines Auslandssemesters biete ich meine schöne, komplett möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Kiel zur Untermiete an. Der Mietzeitraum erstreckt sich von September 2023 bis April 2024.

Die Wohnung umfasst eine Fläche von 42m2 und befindet sich im 2. Stock. Sie verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein komfortables Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Falls du Interesse an der Untermiete in diesem Zeitraum hast, stehe ich gerne für weitere Fotos und Informationen zur Verfügung! Bitte beachte, dass die Vermietung ausschließlich für den gesamten Zeitraum erfolgt. Der Mietpreis von 700€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser und Internet.

Bitte beachte außerdem, dass der Vermieter ausschließlich Paare und Einzelpersonen akzeptiert. Eine WG ist leider nicht gestattet.

Cozy 2 room apartment at Wilhelmplatz

During my semester abroad I offer my nice, fully furnished 2 room apartment in Kiel for sublease. The rental period is from September 2023 to May 2024.

The apartment covers a spacious area of 42m2 and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a cozy living room, a comfortable bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is particularly attractive due to its location at Wilhelmplatz, which guarantees a very good connection to public transport.

You can reach Schrevenpark in just 5 minutes on foot and the nearest supermarket is only 3 minutes away.

If you are interested in subletting during this period, I am available for more photos and information! Please note that the rental is exclusively for the entire period. The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water and internet.

Please also note that the landlord only accepts couples and singles. A WG is unfortunately not allowed.
