Da wir verreisen, suchen wir für unser attraktives, geschmackvolles Appartment eine/n Zwischenmieter/in von 1. Juni 2024 bis einschliesslich 29. Juni 2024. Wir suchen nur Interessenten, die für mehr oder weniger die gesamte Zeit bleiben.

Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Doppel-Schlafcouch, Kommode und einem Sessel ausgestattet. Die Loftküche ist mit Gasherd und einer starken Dunstabzugshaube ausgestattet und geht fliessend ins Wohnzimmer über. Beide Räume können mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt werden. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein 1,50m breites Bett, Sessel, und Kleiderschrank. Bad mit Badewanne. Die ganze Wohnung hat Babusparkett. Hell, sehr ruhig und mit perfekter Infrastruktur. Zentraler geht es nicht. Ein großer Balkon überblickt einen schönen Park.

Since we are traveling, we are looking for a temporary tenant for our attractive, tasteful apartment from June 1, 2024 up to and including June 29, 2024. We are only looking for interested parties who will stay for more or less the entire time.

The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, chest of drawers and an armchair. The loft kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a powerful extractor hood and flows seamlessly into the living room. Both rooms can be partitioned off with a curtain. The bedroom has a 1.50 m wide bed, armchair and closet. Bathroom with bathtub. The whole apartment has baby parquet flooring. Bright, very quiet and with perfect infrastructure. It couldn't be more central. A large balcony overlooks a beautiful park.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Kunibertsviertel, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und netten Bars/Restaurants.

The apartment is located in Kunibertsviertel, replete with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.

Zum Hbf sind es zu Fuss 8 Minuten, zur nächsten U-Bahnstation, 1 Minute. Die Kölnmesse ist 20 Gehminuten entfernt, oder per Bahn nach einer Haltestelle zu erreichen.

The main train station is an easy 8 minute walk, and the nearest subway is 1 minute away. Cologne Trade Fair (Kölnmesse) is 20 minutes away by foot, or one subway stop.
