Hi!
I am sub-renting my beautiful apartment located in between Rudolfplatz and Neumarkt, it is one of the most exclusive locations in the city. There are many bars, restaurants, and shops in the area.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room, kitchen and one toilet. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the building which you can use. The room will be prepared with clean bedding sheets and it will be ready for you to enjoy it.
It is available only form the 7th to the 29th of April. I rent for these days cost 500 euros plus 200 euros of deposit (you will get them back as soon as you check out).
It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment nor making parties. Pets are not allowed.
