Hallo,
auf Grund eines halbjährigen Auslandsaufenthalts bin ich auf der Suche nach einer / einem vertrauensvolle*n Untermieter*in für meine helle und luftige 2-Zimmerwohnung im Süden der Kölner Innenstadt. Ich selbst habe die Wohnung vor 5 Jahren nach einer kompletten Sanierung bezogen und in einem dementsprechend neuwertigem Zustand befindet sie sich aktuell. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großzügigen Balkon mit Pflanzen, einer guten Musikanlage + kleiner Schallplattensammlung, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und bei Interesse kann eine Sammlung an bio Gewürzen, Tees und Getreidesorten übernommen werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Fußnähe zwischen Severinstraße und Barbarossaplatz. Es gibt also ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einfache Zugänge zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr sowie dem Volksgarten und Rhein.

Hello, due to a half-year stay abroad I am looking for a trustful subtenant for my bright and airy 2-room apartment in the south of Cologne city center. I myself moved into the apartment 5 years ago after a complete renovation and it is currently in a correspondingly mint condition. In addition, the apartment has a spacious balcony with plants, a good music system + small record collection, a well-equipped kitchen and if interested, a collection of organic spices, teas and cereals can be taken over. The apartment is located within walking distance between Severinstraße and Barbarossaplatz. So there are plenty of shopping opportunities and easy access to public transport as well as the Volksgarten and Rhine.
