I am leaving my cosy apartment which i have been living since january 2011. The flat was renewed. The bathroom is just restored. The all walls are just painted. The floors are recently laminated. Overall the flat is in central location. The location, size and new furnitures are primary advantages. There are many parking places for cars and bicycles. I believe it is a very convenient and comfortable apartment for students, new comers, singles as well as couples. You don't have to bring anything, extra pay to transport and mounting. You can just take your suitcase and begin your life without extra effort.
