We are leaving the city for some time, we are offering here our 3-room apartment for six months intermediate rent. The beginning of the lease would be the 15.11. The rent can be extended to one year.

The apartment is located in the popular area of Neuehrenfeld right next to Lenauplatz. Nightlife and shopping are within two minutes walking distance. The tram line 5 station is one minute walking distance away towards inner city. The Ehrenfeld S-Bahn train station is within 10 minutes walking distance to Cologne main station.

The apartment is fully furnished and can be rented with own furniture and sublet contract.
The rental price includes the rental costs, utilities, internet, electricity (according to consumption) and heating.

The apartment has two 16 m2 rooms and a large living room of about 28 m2. The apartment is well suited for sharing with one or two persons.

Da wir für einige Zeit die Stadt verlassen, bieten wir hier unsere 3-Zimmer Wohnung für sechs Monate zur Zwischenmiete an. Der Mietbeginn wäre der 15.11. Die Anmietung kann auf ein Jahr verlängert werden.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Viertel Neuehrenfeld direkt am Lenauplatz. Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in zwei Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die Bahnanbindung Linie 5. Der Ehrenfeld S-Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreicht.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und kann je nach Absprache teilweise mit eigenen Möbeln bewohnt werden.
In dem Mietpreis sind die Mietkosten inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom (nach Verbrauch) , Heizung enthalten.

Die Wohnung hat zwei circa 16m2 Zimmer und ein großes circa 28m2 Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist daher gut für WGs geeignet.
