The area is safe and very well communicated. Within walking distance there are cafes and restaurants and four supermarkets plus four organic shops in the further neighbourhood.
All sights and interesting bars and restaurants as well as the centre are reachable within 10 to 20 minutes.
Free parking in the neighbourhood. You will always find a parking space.
I love staying in apartments too when I am in other cities for a longer time. I offer you what I always hoped to find but never got. A nice and tidy home, well equped for a reasonable price. I therefore would like to rent it out to someone reliable and caring who appreciates the opportunity.
