I am looking for a new tenant for my big and cozy apartment in Cologne Vogelsang. The apartment is the half basement of a house and located in a quiet region.There is a balcony about 10 ㎡ and you can grow some flowers. The bedroom and kitchen have large windows through which you can go to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Hot water is available.
The location of the house is very convenient in transportation and daily life. You can take bus 141, 143 by 5min walk and subway line 3, 4 by 5 min bike. Aldi, Netto, Trinkgut, Dinger's are neaby.
Warm rent is 670€ including heating, water, electricity, and other costs.
The landlord is a nice person. You can park your bicycles in the garage.
