Hello everyone! 😊 My name is Vanessa, I’m 28 years old. I’m looking for a 1-room or 2-room apartment in Cologne since I’m moving at the end of March. I have a stable income, I’m reliable, tidy, and respectful, and I’m looking for a cozy place to call home.

A bit about me: I’m a friendly and social person, I love cooking (especially Italian food 🍝), reading, crime series, swimming, biking, and traveling. I enjoy a balance between an active social life and quiet personal time.

What I’m looking for:

✅ Budget: flexible, open to different options
✅ Preferred districts: Open to any area in Cologne with good transport connections
✅ Furnished or unfurnished, both are fine
✅ Pet-free apartment (I’m allergic)

I’m ready to move in at the end of March and can provide proof of income (Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, etc.) if needed.
