- Universität Konstanz: zu Fuß 30 min; Fahrrad 11 min; Auto 7 min
- FH Konstanz: zu Fuß 27 min; Fahrrad 9 min; Auto 7 min
- vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze (eine echte Seltenheit für KN)

- Schlafsofa mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 4 Personen
Verkehrsanbindung:
Die Wohnung hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Bus:
Bushaltestelle für Linie Nr. 1 ist zu Fuß 1 Minute entfernt mit direkter Anbindung zur Uni und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Entfernung Hauptbahnhof und Altstadt.: zu Fuß ca. 20 min, Fahrrad, ca. 10 min, Auto 5 min

Ausstattung:
Vom High Definition TV mit Kabel Anschluss über Bügeleisen bis zum Staubsauger ist alles vorhanden, damit einem Einzug mit nicht als einem Koffer nichts im Weg steht. Würde die Wohnung gerne für länger vermieten.
Die Wohnung inkl. Wohnküche & Bad mit Badewanne ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.
Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Bettzeug und Handtücher sind ebenfalls für Euch bereitgelegt.

Die Miete bezieht sich auf einen Monat - zusätzliche Tage werden im Verhältnis berechnet.
Die Nebenkosten erhöhen sich bei einem zweiten Bewohner (Pärchen) um 80 Euro.

I am renting out my small apartment in the lovely and quiet musician district of Constance.

What’s there to say about the apartment:
- 5 minutes by foot to the Lake of Constance and the Lake promenade (about 500 meters)
- 3 minutes by foot to the forest jet in the middle of the city (300meters)
- Distance University of Constance: by foot 30 minutes; by bike 11 minutes; by car 7 minutes
- Distance to the University of Applied Sciences of Constance: by foot 27 minutes; by bike 9 minutes; by car 7 min
- Parking area in front of the house (quite seldom in Constance)
- Quiet residential area
- Kitchen in separate room with dining area
- A lot of storage area
- Extra cellar for bicycles
- Sleeping couch with sleeping options for up to 4 people
Public Transport Connection:
The flat has a great connection to public transportation:
Bus Stop Line Number 1 is 1 minute by foot from the apartment with a direct connection to the University, the main train station and the university of Constance.
Distance to the main train station and old town (down town): by foot 20 minutes, by bicycle about 10 minutes
Facilities:
From the High Definition television with cable TV to iron up to the vacuum cleaner everything is waiting for you so you can move in with nothing more than a suitcase.
The flat has a separate kitchen with a small dining area which is equipped with all necessary stuff for cooking including washing machine, microwave, water heater, toaster, etc.
The small bathroom has a bathtub.
The living area has a High Definition TV with cable connection, radio, pillows and blankets & sheets & towels.

The rent for the flat is for one full month - extra days will be calculate in relation.
For an additional tenant we charge per month 80 euro for the additional costs. Would love to rent it out for a longer Periode.
