This is a 3 room appartment - 5 minutes from the inner city lakes.
It is in the area called Sankt Hans Torv (The lovely square is 1-2 mins from the flat), The area is a nice urban neighbourhood with lots of cafees and restaurants.
The flat is 90m2 and consist of 3 rooms, 1 eating kitchen, 1 bathroom/WC.
From the kithen and the small room - both facing the back garden there is a free view down to the communual garden.
From the two rooms facing the street there is a nice view towards trees and a large garden belonging to an elderly home.
The rent is kr. 8500 including furniture, however on top comes your usage of water, electricity and heating. It is mandatory in Denmark to pay for a Multi Media licence of kr. 1150 per 6 months.
There is a 3 months safety deposit.
2-4 minutes to supermarkets and different types of shops.
