A small note to our future flatamate

Hello possible future flatmate,

We hate these kinds of texts, but we are lovely people. We will keep it brief.

Our place, maybe your future place, is kind of special. It is a work in progress. We put a lot of time and love into making it comfy (“gemü”). We already achieved something in this regard, but we hope that you will want to be a part of this. We plan a lot of renovating in the kitchen and cleaning just to renovate and clean in another room. We hope the cleaning and renovating will be over soon though, and then it will be chilling and cooking. 

We are trying our best to be grown ups. Axel is finishing his masters in Cultural Studies and works a lot in odd jobs. He is going to study some more though, probably some Psychology-related thing. 
Mariana is working as a programmer, which means she can build you a website if you ever one. 

We love: talking, but not like chitchatting (although we do that too), more like getting to the bottom of things. Some of them. We also really appreciate cappuccinos and if you can foam milk properly you get a bonus point. Please mention that in your application. We read a lot, we do some sports, we cook really well but sometimes also really enjoy Fischstäbchen. We are flexible. We like plants. Mariana’s favourite house task is to clean the bathroom, Axel’s is to do the dishes.

We don’t love: writing WG Anzeige. And the classics: if you thing Trump is cool, don’t call us. If you’re ok with CDU, don’t call us. If you think all lives matter, don’t call us. If you’re not sure you can call yourself a feminist, do not call us. 
Mariana hates hair on the bathroom floor. Axel hates wilful ignorance and people he cannot rely on.

About the room: It’s in a quiet street at the end of Eisenbahnstrasse. About 15m2, with wooden floors and walls to be speckled. We have coal heating, which is tough, but builds character. We live under Refrigerator communism, a fairly big garden with grapevines and barbecue possibilities. Rent is about 200Euros. We speak German as well, some us here do Portuguese and Spanish and we both cope with French.
