die Wohnung wird ab Ende August frei und steht erstmal bis Ende Oktober zur Verfügung (Einzugs- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel und können auch individuell vereinbart werden).

Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern (ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie Essbereich und ein separates Schlafzimmer) sowie großem Balkon, Badezimmer, kleinem Flur und einem praktischem Abstellraum. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neugebauten Haus. Zudem hat sie ein großes Balkon und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Badewanne, Waschmaschine sowie praktischer Küche ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt (Herd plus Dunsthaube, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank and Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Besteck etc). Das helle Balkon bietet einen großen Raum zum Entspannen. Es hat Blick auf den Innenhof und ist mit einem großen Balkonset ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Queensize-Bett 160cm, einem großen Kleiderschrank 220cm, zwei Nachttischen und einem großen Regal ausgestattet.
Ein bemerkenswertes Highlight ist die helle Lage, vor allem das Wohnzimmer sowie das Balkon, so lange die Sonne scheint!
Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon möglich.
In der Kaltmiete ist die Grundmiete + der Möblierungszuschlag enthalten. In den sonstigen Kosten sind die Strom- + Internetkosten enthalten.
