I will leave the whole flat because I have decided to move in with my partner to a bigger apartment.
My roommate wants to leave the washing machine and the nice mattress for 150 Euro, the flat has also a kitchen and fridge and she wants to leave them for free. We have also other furnitures like table, wardrobe...etc. We wants to leave them for free as well. Just the mattress and washing machine costs extra but others we will leave for free.
Flat has a really nice location very close to 3 tram station and and it is just next to one S-bahn station (Wilhelm-Leuschner Platz). And if you are interested, we can land our internet contract to you as well.
Flat belongs to LWB company, so they might request income documents to be sure that you will be able to pay the rent.
