It is a 50 square-meter apartment consisting of a living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom.

Located on the sixth floor of a rear building, the apartment is exceptionally quiet and bright. It is in a perfect location—150 meters away from Hohe-Straße tramway stop and surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops on the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Only 8 minutes from Augustusplatz by tramway. Free parking space is available.

Rental price is 620 EUR per month, all inclusive (gas, water, electricity, and high-speed internet). I am looking for a responsible and clean subtenant that will take good care of my apartment while I am away. Hit me a message if you are interested!
