Ich suche jemanden, der meinen schönen Platz im Westen übernimmt, während ich in eine andere Stadt ziehen muss. Aufgrund meiner dringenden Umsiedlung brauche ich jemanden, der auch Möbel braucht, was ca. 800 Euro.

Ich habe in sehr vielen Orten in Leipzig gelebt, und dieser Ort war bei weitem das Beste, was ich bisher gelebt habe. Der Grund ist, wie ruhig, entspannend und komfortabel es ist. Es ist sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Stadt gleichzeitig – wenn Sie ins Stadtzentrum gehen müssen, nehmen Sie etwa 20–25 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder 15–20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Die Straßenbahnlinie 7 ist 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, und wir haben auch Straßenbahnen 15 und 8 direkt auf der Straße (ca. 5 Minuten entfernt). Es gibt eine Lidl, wo Sie Ihre Lebensmittel kaufen können und Angebot, wo Sie schöne Angebote erhalten können. Wenn Sie mehr brauchen, ist der Lindenauer Markt – das ist buchstäblich ein kleines Stadtzentrum selbst, wo Sie alles und alles finden – 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt Bars und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants. Die berühmte Karl-Heine-Straße ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Persönlich sehe ich nicht, was die Dämpfe darüber, aber Leipziger können nicht aufhören zu hyping xd

Die Bilder stammen aus, als ich eingezogen bin (vor etwa 8 Monaten). Ich habe noch ein paar Dinge für die Wohnung gekauft, und wenn Sie minimalistisch wie ich sind, werden Sie im Grunde nicht viel brauchen. Die Gesamtkosten sind weit über 800.

Der Küchenstand ist selbst gemacht und es ist nicht die beste (es war einfach zu bequem für mich, so dass ich nicht wirklich störte, eine neue zu bekommen oder es zu beheben), aber wenn Sie Zeit haben, können Sie einfach ein paar Eckverspannungen installieren, die Sie eine lange Zeit dauern, ohne zu kaufen oder Stress über eine neue Küche.


Der Vermieter fordert einen klassischen Schufa (jetzt beantragen) und 3 Monate Bankerklärungen. Wenn Sie Student sind, benötigen Sie einen Einkommensnachweis oder Ihren Garant (Bürgschaft) und ihre Informationen.

Der Vermieter gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, die Anzahlung in den Raten zu bezahlen, die einen Monat nach Ihrem Einzugdatum beginnt, die gefunden, dass sehr bequem. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich das erwähnen sollte, aber Strom ist nicht enthalten und kostet rund 50 Euro pro Monat. Die Firma Vonovia bietet auch Strom, und wenn Sie keinen Vertrag haben, können Sie eine neue leicht erhalten.

I am looking for someone to take over my lovely place in the West as I have to move to another city. Due to my urgent relocation, I need someone who also needs furniture, which costs approx. 800 euros.

I have lived in quite a lot of places in Leipzig, and this place was by far the best I’ve lived in so far. The reason is how quiet, relaxing, and comfortable it is. It’s both inside and outside of the city at the same time—when you need to go to the city center, it will take you about 20–25 mins by tram or 15–20 mins by bike. The tram line 7 is 2 mins away from the flat, and we also have tram numbers 15 and 8 just down the street (around 5 mins away). There’s a Lidl where you can buy your groceries and Angebot where you can get nice offers. If you need more, the Lindenauer Markt—which is literally a small city center itself where you can find everything and anything—is 10 mins away by walking. There are bars and a variety of restaurants around. The famous Karl-Heine-Straße is also really close by. Personally I dont see what the fuss about it, but Leipzigers can’t stop hyping it xd

The pictures are from when I moved in (about 8 months ago). I’ve bought quite a few more things for the flat, and if you’re minimalistic like myself, you basically won’t need much. The cost overall is way, way above 800 anyway.

The kitchen stand is self-made and it's not the best one (it was just too convenient for me so I didn’t really bother getting a new one or fixing it), however, if you have time you can simply install a few corner braces which will last you a long time without needing to buy or stress about a new kitchen.


The landlord requests a classic Schufa and 3 months of bank statements. If you are a student, you need proof of income or your guarantor (Bürgschaft) and their information.

The landlord will give you the option to pay the deposit in installments, which starts a month after your move-in date which found that quite convenient. I’m not sure whether I should mention this, but electricity is not included and costs around 50 euros per month. The company Vonovia also provides electricity, and if you don’t have a contract, you can get a new one easily.
