Apartment in the heart of Lisbon!

Are you looking for a one of a kind Lisbon experience? Then I have just the thing for you!

This cozy, yet spacious flat is located right in the heart of Lisbon, in the infamous Bica neighborhood. It is an an upper-floor, open plan flat, in a tranquil historic building with views over roofs and the Tejo river.

Recently renovated by the current owners and decorated in typical Lisbon style, the flat provides you with the sunlight you need to energize for the day! The timber frame structure inside the flat has been opened, creating a light-flooded open-plan kitchen and living area. The flat has five floor-to-ceiling windows (2,70m high) with French balconies. An additional balcony for barbecues is found at the rear of the kitchen. Also, the apartment includes two private double-bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (one Queen, one King size), allowing four guests to stay in the flat.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge-freezer. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. Clean towels and bedsheets will also be provided. And (of course!) we have WIFI throughout the whole flat.

Within only a five-minute walk from the flat you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and museums as well as historical attractions, for instance Chiado, Restauradores and Santos. Despite its central location, you will find a good nights sleep as the flat is located directly in a pedestrian zone.

If the city gets too hot in the summer, then do not worry: the main train station Cais do Sodre is located within a 5 minute walking distance from our flat, so you can always spontaneously decide to take a quick train ride out of the city and soak up the summer sun at one of Lisbon’s nearby beaches!
