Ich biete meine wunderschöne, möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Einzug wäre möglich zum 01.07./15.07. oder 01.08.2022.
Die Wohnung bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und genug Stauraum, für alle deine Lieblingskleidungsstücke. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass du morgens mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen geweckt wirst.
Das Duschbad ist hell gefliest und bietet Tageslicht.
Die offene Wohnküche ist das Herzstück der Wohnung. Hier wird gelebt und gekocht. Ein kuscheliges Sofa lädt zum Verweilen ein und der Süd-West-Balkon bietet die Gelegenheit abends den Sonnenuntergang über Lüneburg zu genießen. Eine kleine Treppe führt in den oberen Teil der Wohnung wo sich der Arbeitsplatz befindet sowie ein weiteres Bett, falls du mal Besuch bekommst.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist hell und sonnendurchflutet. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, kann es hier im Sommer sehr warm werden. Die Wohnung ist im Vacation-Stil eingerichtet und hilft so beim Abschalten nach der Uni oder Arbeit.
Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Garagenstellplatz, der in sonstige Kosten eingerechnet ist. In diesem Kostenpunkt ist außerdem Strom und Internet + TV inkludiert.

The apartment offers a bedroom with a large double bed and enough storage space for all your favorite clothes. The bedroom faces east, so you will be woken up in the morning with the first rays of the sun.
The bathroom with shower is brightly tiled and offers natural light.
The open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. People live and cook here. A cozy sofa invites you to linger and the south-west balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy the sunset over Lüneburg in the evening. A small staircase leads to the upper part of the apartment where the workplace is and another bed in case you have visitors.
The entire apartment is bright and flooded with sun. Since this is an attic apartment, it can get very warm here in summer. The apartment is furnished in a vacation style, helping to unwind after university or work.
The apartment also includes a garage parking space, which is included in other costs. This cost item also includes electricity and Internet + TV.
