We live in Mainz and would like to temporarily rent out our apartment as i am going on elternzeit to my home country and my husband would move temporarily to another city closer to his work. We will travel on Dec 19th and will be back in July and would like to temporarily rent out our apartment during this time(dates are slightly flexible).
Apartment is located in quite residential area ,in 5th floor with elevator and offers great ventilation, daylight and views. All rooms are fully furnished including the kitchen.
We are English speaking couple and understand basic German. Our house has the following amenities.
