The foothills of the Volkspark, opposite the quietly located apartments, invite you to sunbathe and take relaxing walks. A wide bike ride, which is also suitable for rollerblading, leads past the house and connects the foothills of the Volkspark with the city center. The Mainz trendy district in the old town is within walking distance.
