Currently, our apartment is a small community of two: myself, Kriti, a research assistant at the University of Mannheim, soon to be a Ph.D. student in Accounting and Capital Markets, and another tenant, Lisa, who will be moving out soon. About Your Future Room:
Room is a gem within our apartment, offering 17.92 square meters of personal space just for you. It's filled with natural light, making it the perfect spot for studying, relaxing, or just enjoying a moment of peace. The room is part of our larger 3BHK apartment, which features an open bar kitchen (great for those who love to cook and chat), a shared bathroom, and a small storage area for those extra bits and pieces.

Our apartment is incredibly centrally located, just one stop away from the main station of Mannheim. This means you'll have the city at your fingertips, from universities and workplaces to cafes, parks, and nightlife. It's the perfect spot for students and young professionals looking for convenience and connectivity.
Rent System Explained:
The warm rent for Room is €415 per month, which includes your share of the utilities, making budgeting a breeze. Additionally, a deposit of €800 is required, fully refundable upon your departure, provided everything is in good shape.
We also have a transfer fee of €600 for the furniture (includes all the kitchen and bathroom furnishing), refundable at the end of your stay if the furniture remains in perfect condition. This system ensures that you enjoy high-quality, comfortable furnishings without the hassle or expense of purchasing them yourself.
