Couch, Wohnwand und Fernseher, Schlafzimmer mit neuem, hochwertigen Boxspringbett, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Eingangsbereich mit kleiner Garderobe und einer Abstellkammer. Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Deckenventilator. Außerdem gibt es auch einen Balkon mit Balkonmöbeln, einen Keller, einen Aufzug und einen Außenstellplatz.

The apartment has a new fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances (oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave), cutlery, glasses and pots, a small dining area, living room including couch, wall unit and television, bedroom with new, high-quality box spring bed, bathroom with bathtub, entrance area with small wardrobe and a storage room. The living room and bedroom have a ceiling fan. There is also a balcony with balcony furniture, a cellar, an elevator and an outside parking space.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!!!

The apartment is within walking distance to the Vogelstang shopping center and one minute walk from tram line 7. The apartment is available from now on and can be rented for one to six months. Please just let me know in advance for how long you would like to rent the apartment.
