Semi furnished apartment available from 01.08.2023

My husband and I are moving out of our 2-room apartment at the end of July. The apartment is partly furnished and we would prefer tenants who could buy the furniture from us for a fee of 1100 euros. Nebenkosten includes utility costs (i.e., heating and water supply). Electricity cost is extra and needs to be arranged separately.
The 70 m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator. The apartment consists of 2 spacious rooms of approximately equal size, which can either be treated as a living and a bedroom or as 2 separate independent rooms. The kitchen area is very spacious and has enough space to set up a dining table (4 chairs). There is a corridor which connects all 3 rooms and the bathroom from the entrance.
In the attached photos numbered 1-10 all the furniture will be handed over to you. This includes a complete kitchen (with dishwasher), kitchen cupboards, dining table, tv stand, shelf, bed+mattress (200 * 200 cm2), mirrors, cupboards (1 small, 1 medium size), etc. The prices for other furniture (which includes 2 office chairs, a work desk, sofa) could be negotiated and bought from us.
