55 qm Altbau im aufstrebenden Stadtteil Neckarstadt-West. Perfekt für Studenten oder Austauschstudenten auf Wohnungssuche in Mannheim! Eine Küche und ein Bad sind vorhanden, ebenso Internet. Ein langer Gang schützt Bewohner vor gegenseitiger Lärmbelästigung. Der Hauptmieter wird die allermeiste Zeit abwesend sein, sodass auch in Zeiten von Pest und Cholera die Wohnung ideale Möglichkeiten zur Quarantäne bietet.
Die Partymeile Jungbusch ist um die Ecke, ins Zentrum ist es mit dem ÖPNV oder dem Rad ein Katzensprung, zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten. Die Feuerwache, das Capitol und das damit verbundene kulturelle Leben findest du die Straße runter. Zwielichtige Eckkneipen oder Omas Küche laden zu jeder Stunde den Ruhelosen zur Entspannung. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.
Gartenmitbenutzung für ausgedehnte Grill-Gelage. Auch die Neckarwiesen liegen quasi vor der Tür.

The other roommate won't be there most of the time so that also in times when plague and cholera are haunting us the apartment will be the ideal spot for self-quarantine.
The party quarter Jungbusch is just around the corner, the city center is just a stone's throw by bike, bus or tram, and about 15 min to walk. "Feuerwache", "Capitol" and other centers of Mannheim's cultural life are just down the street. Shady bars or Grandma's comfort food, everything's close, something for every taste. A small backyard for big BBQs is always open and inviting to get-togethers. The meadows of the Neckar banks are 100 m down the street. A basement for all the stuff your mom wants you to take with you (warm socks, grandpa's cardigan, the old armchair) but you'll never use anyways is also available.
